Every pillar wired to the graph.

Five pillars. One data spine. The work happens overnight, so your reps open the day already prepared.

Welaka is a whole CRM. Contacts, companies, pipeline, inbox, proposals, invoices — all of it.

What makes it different is underneath. Every pillar sits on the same healthcare provider graph: NPI records, CMS signals, provider data. The AI doesn't ask your reps to go look things up. The graph already knows.

Most CRMs are filing cabinets.

A filing cabinet makes you do the thinking. You open it, you dig, you decide what matters, you write it back down.

That's the deal every CRM has offered for twenty years. Reps take the deal badly. They skip the admin, the data rots, and the forecast becomes fiction.

The industry's answer was to bolt on a rewards app to bribe reps into typing. Ours was to build the motivation in — and have the AI do the typing anyway.

Decisions, not data entry.

The system

Five pillars. One spine.

Each one does a job a rep does today by hand. Each one reads from the same graph.

01 · Current

The overnight AI partner.

Current reads every account, checks every signal, and flags what changed since yesterday. Not a chatbot — a fleet of scheduled workers that run while the office is dark. By the time your reps log in, the brief is written.

Every rep names their own. It answers to that name.

02 · The Run

The daily operating surface.

Not a list of records. A ranked queue of prepared moments — meeting prep, reply drafts, deal moves, hand-offs — in the order that earns the most.

Two faces over the same data: a calm cockpit by default, and a Command Center HUD if your floor wants one.

03 · LeadBridge

The watershed that feeds the river.

Provider and company signals — NPI filings, hiring moves, state filings, CMS benchmarks — flow into the CRM and land in a rep's queue already scored. The CRM is a lead source, not a filing cabinet.

The score explains itself. You can argue with it.

04 · Coach Queue

The manager's intervention queue.

Stalled deals, missed SLAs, at-risk reps, recognition moments. Ranked, so a manager spends the hour where it matters.

The rep sees everything the manager sees about them. That page is designed as the antidote to a secret dossier, and it has an opt-out.

05 · Close the Loop

The revenue loop lives inside the CRM.

AI-drafted proposal from reusable blocks and your price catalogue. Published to a branded link. Signed in the browser. Invoiced on close.

Most CRMs make you leave for three separate tools.

The AI isn't the moat. The spine is.

Every CRM has an AI now. Most of them summarize what the rep already knew and draft an email the rep still rewrites. The AI narrates the work instead of doing it.

The difference isn't the model. It's what the model can reach.

Welaka's AI is wired to the healthcare provider graph — NPI records, CMS signals, provider data. So "what changed on this account since yesterday" is a question the system can answer without a rep opening a single tab. A horizontal CRM has to ask the rep. Welaka asks the graph.

That's the whole argument. Every horizontal CRM makes your reps research the healthcare provider graph. Welaka makes the graph do the researching.

Pre-GA. Here's what that means.

Welaka is pre-GA and founder-led. We'd rather say that on the product page than let you discover it on a call.

What that gets you: the founder in the room, a roadmap you can push on, and pricing that hasn't calcified. What it costs you: no logo wall, no case-study PDF, no analyst quadrant.

One healthcare-services company runs on it today. We'll introduce you. Meet customer zero →

Built for eight to fifty reps.

Welaka fits a B2B services sales team of eight to fifty reps selling into healthcare providers. RCM and medical billing. Credentialing. Healthcare IT and EMR. Medical staffing. Malpractice brokers. Devices and DME. Practice-startup consultancies.

If you outgrew the simple CRM but the enterprise one is overkill, that tension is the one we built for.

It's not for everyone. Welaka is a sales tool. If you need patient engagement, appointment reminders, or a patient portal, that's a different category and we'll tell you so on the first call. Under eight reps, the ROI doesn't clear yet. Over two hundred, we're not ready for your motion.

Frequently asked questions

What does “prepared moment” mean?

A prepared moment is a piece of work the AI has already done the setup for. Not “call this account” — a call with the brief written, the last three touches summarized, the signal that fired since yesterday flagged, and the draft ready to edit. The rep supplies the judgment. The system supplies everything else.

Can the AI act without a human approving every action?

Only as far as you let it. Every rep has a trust slider. At the low end, the AI drafts and waits — nothing leaves without a human clicking send. As you trust it, you move the slider, and it starts handling the noise on its own. The ladder goes one direction and you hold it. It's a setting, not a surprise.

What is The Run?

The Run is the surface a rep opens in the morning. Overnight work, composed into one ranked queue of prepared moments, in the order that earns the most. Records still exist — you can go find any contact you want. The Run is just the answer to “what do I do first.”

Is the gaming mode required?

No. The default face of Welaka is a calm cockpit — quiet, dense, focused. The Command Center HUD, with the XP and the streaks and the leaderboard, is opt-in and off unless a rep turns it on. Some floors want it. Some don't. Both are the same data underneath.

What does Welaka connect to?

Welaka syncs your reps' email and calendar, and pushes closed deals to your accounting system as an invoice. The specific list is moving while we're pre-GA — ask on the demo and we'll tell you exactly what's wired today rather than what's on the roadmap.

See it work on your accounts.

The demo isn't a slideshow. Bring an account you know cold. We'll show you what the graph already knows about it.
